IES Personality Test / Interview Programme

Every year IES-Engineering Services Interview Programmes are conducted at Engineers Institute of India-E.I.I.

Interview Batch:  One-two week after the commencement of IES written results, all qualified candidate need to register with valid documents. (22 nd  December 2011 – 10 th February 2012)

Interview Panel:  A team of IES from Railways, CPWD, BRO, CES, Ordinance & well known personality from various Psu’s (BHEL,NTPC,ONGC,CIL)..

Complete Course will take around 20 days, depending upon batch schedule & Allotted Interview panel.

Interview Module:

• Improvement of communication & presentation skill.
  

• Individual guidance of technical knowledge & general awareness.
  

• Audio-visual practice session to monitor improvement factor.
  

• Previous interview question & Study material for key areas with Tips & Tricks.
  

Main motive behind this programme is to scale & patch-up weakness of each individual.
